Regency Dual Handed Thumb Nail Door Rim Latch

Available in a choice of three "Hand aged" finishes; cast brass, cast iron with brass fittings or nickel plated plated brass. Both the external design and internal locking mechanism are based on original Victorian locks.

The heavy cast metal construction is evidence of the quality of these locks which are very different to cheaper, pressed steel bodied locks of an interior standand. The cast iron brass and the solid cast brass locks are the more traditional finishes, whereas the nickel plated variant gives a more contemporary look, as well as an extremely durable finish.

All spring catches are reversible.

All latches are dual handed, have a traditional thumb nail latch and come complete with an emergency release (facilitating access from outside the room).

Each latch comes boxed with full fitting instructions, screws and fitting template.
